Return & Refund Policy

National Traders

At National Traders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality furniture products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

✔ The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The product has manufacturing defects
✔ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The product must be in original packaging
• Invoice or proof of purchase is required
• No physical damage caused by customer misuse


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
• Used or assembled products
• Products damaged due to improper handling
• Clearance or sale items
• Mattresses, cushions, or fabric items (for hygiene reasons)


Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order details and product photos

  3. Our team will inspect and verify the issue

  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions

Please do not send products back without approval.


Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

✔ Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
✔ Refund will be credited to your original payment method
✔ For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI


Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may also choose:

✔ Product replacement
✔ Repair service (if applicable)

We aim to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.


Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs
• If the return is for personal reasons, shipping charges may be deducted


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

✔ Before dispatch – Full refund
✖ After dispatch – Cancellation may not be possible

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
